Primary
- Track parts inventory, purchasing, and part breakdowns, coordinating with the service department on part delivery schedules.
- Processing transactions for parts and accessories, taking phone orders, and providing price quotes.
- Inventory management, receiving new merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipment.
- Greeting customers, helping them identify the correct parts, and answering questions.
