As a Maintenance Technician at Terraces at Clearwater Beach, you’ll be at the heart of that mission : ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home.
This is more than a maintenance job — it’s a chance to be a key part of a supportive team, grow your skills, and make a real difference in your community.
What You’ll Do :
- Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.).
- Complete service requests within 24 hours — quickly, efficiently, and with care,
- Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly,
- Help maintain excellent curb appeal : remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more.
- Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday / weekend support.
- Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors — and always go the extra mile for residents.
