Position Highlights

• Hybrid Practice Model : Enjoy a mix of in-person and virtual care (telehealth, e-visits, and on-demand video visits).
• Flexible Scheduling : Choose between full-time or part-time options, including a 4-day work week.
• Outpatient Primary Care : Engage in office consults, annual visits, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.
• Patient Panel : Serve a diverse range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Average Patients per Day : Maintain a manageable patient load of 18.
• Support Team : Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and in-basket support.
• Technology : Utilize EPIC EMR and DAX (AI-powered voice-enabled documentation).
• Call : Experience a light and shared call, supported by a Triage RN.

Required Qualifications :

Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses based on various factors, including local labor markets and individual performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (eligibility may vary).
