What does a great Account Manager do at Fiserv

A great Account Manager at Fiserv owns the operational relationship with assigned clients across the enterprise ensuring quality delivery and ongoing maintenance of products and services. You will be the primary operational contact who coordinates resources resolves issues and works closely with Relationship Managers to represent client needs internally. Your focus is practical : keep service delivery reliable escalate effectively and create opportunities for expanded business through strong client experiences and clear communication.

What you will do :

• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned client accounts owning day-to-day issue resolution and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams to deliver and maintain product and service commitments.
• Track service delivery against SLAs and drive corrective actions to improve client satisfaction.
• Oversee onboarding implementations and project governance for assigned accounts.
• Identify operational risks and lead remediation plans to reduce service interruptions.
• Surface revenue or renewal opportunities to Relationship Managers through ongoing client engagement.

Salary Range

$60000.00 - $105600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
