Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Operations to lead a network of high-volume emergency and urgent care centers under the  PRESNow 24 / 7 Urgent and Emergency Care brand through a partnership with Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to lead multi-site operations while cultivating a focused, strategic relationship with a reputable health system partner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and bring strong operational discipline, collaborative leadership, and healthcare expertise. Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple high-volume PRESNow locations.
  • Serve as primary operational liaison between Intuitive Health and Presbyterian executive leadership.
  • Drive center-level performance in volume, access, patient experience, and financial metrics.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital partner policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in joint venture board and governance discussions, bringing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Team Development & Culture

  • Directly lead a team of Program Directors and site-level leaders.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, engaged team culture.
  • Support local leaders in recruiting, training, performance management, and development.
  • Foster collaboration with front office, clinical, and hospital-employed teams.
  • Required Skills 7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.

    Strong background in operational performance, including P&L ownership and KPIs.

    Prior experience leading multi-site or high-volume healthcare operations.

    Skilled relationship-builder with ability to influence at all levels—frontline to C-suite.

    Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA, MHA) preferred.

    Prior experience in joint venture, MSA, or matrixed environments strongly preferred.
