Veterinarian - Contract position

Animal Care of Davis County is currently looking for Veterinarian candidates for a contract position in Fruit Heights, Utah. Animal Care of Davis County is a socially conscious municipal shelter dedicated to providing sheltering, placement, and prevention services to reduce animal homelessness and unnecessary euthanasia. Qualifications :

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Veterinarian license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Utah.

This position provides examinations, rabies vaccinations and minor in-house surgeries for shelter animals.

We are looking for a candidate with a special desire to help shelter animals.

This position's work schedule is incredibly flexible - you name your hours, dates and times. NO EMERGENCIES OR ON-CALL DUTIES! NO PUBLIC-FACING SERVICES!

Pay Rate : $90.00 / hour
