Analyst / Associate - Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS)

Position Overview

Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS) is the execution engine behind Apollo's capital markets and syndication activity, partnering with investment teams and clients across the Apollo platform. The centralized team is designed to support seamless and effective execution on behalf of our clients and counterparties - including corporate issuers, sponsors, investors or large financial institutions, banks and insurers. The Role

Apollo Capital Solutions is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join the team responsible for managing the ACS transaction and revenue pipeline. The individual will oversee the tracking and reporting of ACS revenue, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights for senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with deal teams and senior executives across Apollo, supporting strategic reporting, earnings preparation, and business planning initiatives. The role will also support the Strategic Capital and Partnerships team in executing and scaling revenue-generating activities, including supporting origination and capital programs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Transaction & Revenue Management

• Maintain the day-to-day ACS transaction and revenue pipeline, ensuring accuracy and completeness of key transaction details and track against the budget target
• Collaborate with deal teams, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to structure and report transaction-related fees and economics
• Providing frequent and timely updates to ACS leadership, Apollo IR, and senior firm executives
• Ensure consistency and transparency in how ACS fees are tracked, reported, and forecasted across the platform
• Develop a sustainable and systematic long-term strategy for fee management, including through technology

Analytics and Reporting

Stakeholder Management

Strategic Capital and Partnership Support

This role is highly cross-functional; the selected candidate will need to interface with all deal teams across Apollo (PE, Hybrid, Credit), as well as Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Investor Relations.

Pay Range

$150,000 or $200,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
