We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager II to join our project management office. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple mid- to large-scale projects, with a focus on process transitions using our established Process Migration Methodology (PMM). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide detailed reporting to leadership.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assign responsibilities, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance project environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies and documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across teams.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s DegreePMP Certification is required.Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management office (PMO) environment.2+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry desiredDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage geographically dispersed teams.Willingness and ability to travelApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeRequired Skills and Competencies
