As a  Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering  at JPMorgan Chase within the  Consumer & Community Banking within Infrastructure Platform Management  division, you will play a crucial role at both business and firmwide levels. Your responsibilities will include inspiring your team and others to deliver robust and resilient products and services to our clients. You will be tasked with developing company-wide reliability strategies and leading your team in the implementation and execution of these strategies. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive data management solutions that make J.P Morgan Chase's data discoverable, understandable, observable, reliable, accessible, and interoperable for authorized users, thereby accelerating BI and AI / ML initiatives with agility and speed.
