We're Hiring : Cash Applications Specialist

Location :  Downtown Indianapolis, IN

Schedule :  Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Pay :  $50-55k

Are you someone who enjoys digging into details, solving puzzles, and making sure everything adds up just right? We’re looking for a  Cash Applications Specialist  to join our finance team in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our accounting operations, you’ll help ensure that incoming payments are applied accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include :

Processing and applying payments from various sources (checks, ACH, wire transfers).

Investigating and resolving unapplied or misapplied payments.

Communicating with internal teams and external clients to clarify payment details.

Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end close activities.

Supporting process improvements and system upgrades.

What We're Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who :

Has 2+ years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or similar finance roles.

Is comfortable working with ERP systems (like Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft).

Has strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Communicates clearly and professionally.

Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay Details : $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
