Program Manager that will ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while fostering collaboration across diverse teams Program manager who has led a team of 50 to 60 resources and help build the team. Program manager will be the single point of contact Excellent communication skills Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects ensuring alignment with project goals timelines and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product management and quality assurance to define project scope and objectives Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including risk assessments and mitigation strategies Monitor and report on project progress proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment with a proven track record of delivering successful projects Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Microsoft Project Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed project stakeholders Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies Experience with system architecture and design principles Knowledge of tools and frameworks for project tracking and reporting Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving successful outcomes
