Senior Maritime Engineering Director

The Senior Maritime Engineering Director will lead and oversee all engineering functions within the shipyard including Structural Piping Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. This role ensures seamless coordination between the Naval Architect / production design subcontractor and internal shipyard teams maintaining compliance with all contractual requirements for vessel construction. The Director will drive engineering excellence schedule adherence and technical integrity across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Oversight

• Direct and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (structural piping electrical mechanical).
• Establish engineering standards processes and best practices for shipyard operations.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet ABS USCG and other applicable regulatory standards.
