Position Summary
We’re looking for a top-performing, clinically savvy sales professional to cover the Southern Georgia territory. You’ll build relationships with key health care professionals and infusion providers, educate on product value, and drive territory sales growth in a startup environment where your voice matters and your performance drives impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote IVIG and biologic therapies to prescribers, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies
- Call on specialists including immunologists, neurologists, hematologists, rheumatologists, and others
- Identify and onboard new accounts, infusion centers, and key stakeholders
- Deliver high-science product education and patient identification training
- Partner with market access, reimbursement, and patient services to support therapy initiation
- Evaluate the competition for infusion business and assist owner with plan to stay competitive in the service area.
- Track activity, performance, and account insights in CRM system
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical or pharmacy background preferred : RN, NP, PA, BS in Pharmacy, Pharm.D3–5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales experiencePrior experience in IVIG, biologics, or complex infused therapies requiredProven track record of exceeding quota in a competitive, field-based sales roleFamiliarity with Southern Georgia healthcare systems and prescriber networks a plusStrong clinical communication, business acumen, and strategic territory planning skillsMust hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportationPhysical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to travel extensively within the territory (up to 80% of the time)Must be able to drive long distances and manage multiple in-person appointments dailyAbility to carry materials (up to 25 lbs) such as sales aids, product samples, and devicesFrequent standing and walking during office visits, events, or site walk-throughsMust be comfortable working in clinical environments , including hospitals, clinics, and infusion centersOccasionally required to attend evening programs, early morning meetings, or weekend eventsMust be able to work in a remote / home office setting when not in the fieldCompliance with all facility-specific PPE and health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, infection control)Compensation & Benefits
