- Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage multi-state payroll operations while adhering to relevant regulations.
- Handle payroll for employee groups ranging from 101 to 500 individuals.
- Utilize ADP systems to execute payroll tasks and maintain employee records.
- Collaborate with senior accounting staff for training and knowledge transfer.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Assist with payroll transitions and system updates as needed.
- Generate reports and provide insights for payroll audits and reviews.
- Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll regulations and practices.
- Previous experience managing payroll for 101-500 employees.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems or similar platforms.
