  • Handle payroll for employee groups ranging from 101 to 500 individuals.
  • Utilize ADP systems to execute payroll tasks and maintain employee records.
  • Collaborate with senior accounting staff for training and knowledge transfer.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
  • Assist with payroll transitions and system updates as needed.
  • Generate reports and provide insights for payroll audits and reviews.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with multi-state payroll regulations and practices.
  • Previous experience managing payroll for 101-500 employees.
  • Proficiency in ADP payroll systems or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
