Technical Delivery Lead

Job Description

Overview : This role involves leading daily meetings for the service engagement project team, ensuring alignment with the portfolio manager to drive successful delivery. The individual proactively removes delivery impediments and maintains a sharp focus on team progress and service execution.

Key responsibilities include :

Project Leadership & Execution : Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across global, matrixed teams.

Delivery Oversight : Lead integration and implementation of infrastructure and technical solutions, including servers, storage, and networks.

Risk & Change Management : Develop mitigation plans, manage stakeholder readiness, and drive change adoption.

Quality Assurance : Ensure all change requirements are met and delivery standards are upheld.

Communication & Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for project integration, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Tools & Methodologies : Utilize Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with expertise in Jira, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Analysis & Reporting : Conduct extensive data analysis and present findings to support decision-making.

Skills & Experience : Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, a proven track record in complex projects, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation : $70 - $73 per hour

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a technical delivery lead, technical PM, or Agile Scrum Master

Strong Jira experience

Agile experience

Strong understanding of server builds, network components (routers, switches), and infrastructure.

Ability to manage complex programs without direct hands-on implementation-focus on coordination and execution.

Experience working with architects and engineering teams to design and deliver solutions.

Familiarity with deployment processes for network services and hardware. - Certifications such as Agile Scrum master
