Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop, lead, motivate, task, and monitor as many as two dozen tradesmen and women (helpers, shipfitters, and

welders) for safe and accurate work.

be able to see, talk, hear, and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision,

peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment : \n

This position is performed in a traditional shop / office environment, with local travel between facilities and project locations required. Occasional travel outside of the local area may be required in the development of technical

requirements, vendors, suppliers, and other team members.

Location : Portsmouth or Newport News, Va.
