Project Management : Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans.
Coordination : Act as the primary liaison among clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, monitor costs, and handle change orders to maintain profitability and cost control.
Drawings and Submittals : Oversee the preparation and coordination of shop drawings and submittals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Site Supervision : Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, address issues, and oversee installation activities.
Documentation : Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, change orders, and approvals. Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership : Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including junior project managers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications :
Experience : 5 years of project management experience in commercial glazing or construction, ideally with large-scale projects involving unitized curtain wall systems.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of glazing systems (e.g., curtain walls, window walls, storefronts). Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
Project Management Tools : Proficient in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Glazier Studio, Project365, Logikal, and Partner Pak.
Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
