Maintenance Technician Lead
Job Type : Full Time.

The candidate shall have :
Duties :
The task includes the following :
a. Shall include all requirements identified in Tasks 1 and 2.
b. Shall distribute and assign task work assignments in coordination with Facility Manager to include coordinating schedules and mission operations to other maintenance mechanics.
c. Report on ongoing facility construction and operation work and assist with tracking budget expenditures.
d. Work closely with the NEFSC leadership to include Facility Manager, Safety and Environmental Compliance Officer (SECO), and Science Center Officer in charge.
e. Perform analysis on required maintenance, emergency repairs, and general work requirements.
f. Coordinate and oversee contract vendors performing new and recurring services at the facility to include but not limited to : elevator maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, pest control, security systems, fire prevention and protection systems, engine generator, electrical and HVAC service providers.
g. Coordinate with the GSA Point Of Contact (POC) for Government vehicles.
h. Ability to assist and develop statement of work documents and job estimates.
