Role : Salesforce Architect

Local in Santa Clara, CA

Duration : 6-12 months

On-site preference in Santa Clara, California. The candidate is expected to be available to attend the office 2 to 3 times per week (desirable)

Contract description / Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce system features to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct technical analysis to provide optimal design solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities with minimal customizations.
  • Ensure the project implementation team meets agreed business and non-functional requirements by coordinating closely with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Develop Salesforce administration work practices and user guides to maintain and support applications post go-live.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in software design and systems management using Salesforce, with a focus on designing integration solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical team leadership, demonstrating both functional and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to learn quickly; experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous.
