What You’ll Do :
Document Management & Organization
Retrieve completed forms from vendor websites and upload them for processing.
Accurately organize and store documents in designated folders for easy recordkeeping.
Create and maintain service requests to track workflow progress.
Operational & Transactional Support
Assist with service request processing across multiple departments, including basic money movement and account maintenance tasks.
Support internal operations by reviewing data for accuracy and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
