Emish Market , located in Fife, WA, is a Ukrainian grocery store offering a wide variety of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. Alongside our store, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, serving freshly made Ukrainian dishes, sweet pastries, and specialty meats. Our mission is to provide a warm, authentic, and memorable experience for every guest.

We're currently looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting, works well under pressure, and ideally has knowledge of Ukrainian or Eastern European cuisine.

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to recipes and portion standards
• Assist in menu preparation and suggest daily specials
• Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and stored following safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory, and assist with ordering supplies
• Support bakery and deli staff as needed

Work Schedule : 3 : 30pm - 12 : 30am with 30 minutes lunch; Wednesday through Sunday

Pay Range : $22 / hour + tips. Our cooks are making up on average $5-6 per hour in tips.
