As a Retail Security Officer , you will be the first line of defense in protecting shoppers, employees, and property within the mall. Youll provide a visible, professional presence, assist with emergencies, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities :

Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the mall interior and exterior

Deter criminal activity through high-visibility presence

Monitor surveillance systems and access control

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and disturbances

Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and staff

Enforce mall policies and support lost & found efforts

Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents

Qualifications :

Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
