Senior Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Senior TDP Proposal Manager. Key Responsibilities Plans, initiates, and manages complex Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects Leads development of technical design plan (TDP) packages and coordinates with stakeholders Monitors project progress and ensures deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience or a Master's degree and 10+ years of related experience Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban Understanding of proposal development process Prior experience working within Army's IT infrastructure is preferred
