The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on roofing sales and field operations. This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting commission-based or door-to-door sales professionals.

You'll work closely with our hiring managers, regional leaders, and HR team to ensure a consistent, value-driven candidate experience, because at Apple Roofing, hiring the right people is the first step in building a sweeter experience.

What You'll Do :

• Source candidates through our ATS, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit for both skill and culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Keep ATS pipelines organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Represent Apple Roofing's brand and values in every interaction, providing clear communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding handoffs and documentation for new hires.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
