Compensation : $140,000$160,000 base + bonus

We're working with a fast-growing organization seeking a HRIS Manager to join their Dallas-based team. This direct hire opportunity plays a pivotal role in leading HR systems strategy, optimization, and integration across a portfolio of companies. The role focuses on ensuring systems like Workday and Greenhouse are scalable, efficient, and aligned with long-term business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the architecture and daily operations of enterprise HR systems, including Workday (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time, Talent, Recruiting) and Greenhouse ATS
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to align system roadmaps with company goals
• Manage integrations across HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related systems, ensuring secure and consistent data flows
• Lead system enhancements, process automation, and user experience improvements
• Oversee reporting and analytics using Workday tools, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and privacy regulations
• Guide and mentor HRIS team members and contribute to system strategy across the organization
