We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a passion for personal injury law and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be handling complex litigation matters, catastrophic injuries, negligence, premises liability, and auto accidents. You will be expected to manage your caseload, oversee investigations, conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court.

Responsibilities :
1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
2. Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges, and question witnesses during the course of a trial.
3. Study and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
4. Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.
5. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
6. Gather evidence to formulate a defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
7. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
8. Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.
9. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications :
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
3. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably within personal injury law.
4. Proven background in handling cases involving catastrophic injuries, negligence, premises liability, car accidents, and other motor vehicle incidents.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interface with clients and colleagues at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Superior negotiation skills and the ability to persuade.
9. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficient in legal research and writing.
11. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
