We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical expertise and solutions to ensure seamless operations across desktop environments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system support within a fast-paced, enterprise setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy settings to ensure secure and efficient system operations.
- Deliver technical assistance for Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops and workstations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Implement change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Deploy and image desktop hardware, ensuring smooth integration with enterprise systems.
- Prioritize and address multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
- Develop and apply analytical and organizational skills to streamline IT operations.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term IT objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and enterprise network configurations.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and Group Policy implementation.
- Strong experience with desktop imaging and hardware support.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of change management and process improvement principles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to optimize IT processes.
