Role Summary

As a Design Engineer , you will serve as a creative and collaborative team player focused on providing mechanical design solutions and technical guidance in a hands-on role, ensuring optimal part performance throughout the product life cycle. You will leverage CAD tools to create, evaluate, and revise product drawings while maintaining accurate documentation for manufacturing and global team reference. In this role, you’ll also proactively identify opportunities for design improvement and cost reduction across products to enhance performance and strengthen market competitiveness.

The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $80,000 - $90,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
