A Kelly Engineering client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team, focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in data center infrastructure and enterprise IT markets. This role is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and a mix of direct and indirect fiber optic product sales for the Southeast market.

Education and experience

• 3–10 years of experience in business development or sales focused on data center or enterprise IT infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including optical and copper cabling solutions
• Direct data center and enterprise product portfolios experience
• Skilled at translating complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Duties / Responsibilities

Travel : Expected to be up to 50%

Pay : Base salary (DOE) + Sales Incentive Plan
