To support the continued growth of our Deal Advisory practice, a Senior Manager is needed to join our high-performing team. Our National Deal Advisory practice supports M&A activities of our Private Equity clients and strategic corporations across the US and internationally. Our services include buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, working capital assistance, merger integration and optimization, divestitures, and carve outs. Throughout 2024, our team advised on ~600 deals with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $19B. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading the execution of engagements and is equally comfortable participating in strategic discussions with executive leaders as they are performing relevant deal analysis.

As a Senior Manager, you will :

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements
• Develop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target company executives
• Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses
• Identify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value and the purchase or sales price
• Identify and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, our due diligence findings
• Supervise multiple professionals and prioritize tasks, serving as a hands-on lead for engagements from inception to completion
• Participate in performance reviews and new business development activities

The salary range for this position is $159,400 to $247,900.
