The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Senior Quality Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading the development and implementation of global Medical Device Quality Processes for 3M
• Leading Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) and improvement activities including Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), training, management of change (MOC), and general quality systems support
• Leading on-going maintenance of global quality management system policies, procedures and standards
• Ensuring compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external standards (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, EU MDR, etc)
• Supporting internal and external audits of the QMS

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $141,150 - $172,517, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
