This is a unique and exciting opportunity to launch a brand-new hotel, as Outbound Yosemite is a new build project opening in Spring 2026! Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales initiatives.
  • Consistently identify and implement innovative tactics to maximize revenue streams across all segments, ensuring financial target success.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients, creating valuable partnerships that align with our brand's ethos.
  • Inspire, manage, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of proactive outreach, continuous improvement, and shared achievement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts, leveraging insights to strategically adjust sales approaches and maintain Outbound Mammoth's competitive edge.
  • Act as an ambassador (The Outbounder) by communicating our unique value proposition and the unforgettable experiences we offer for group bookings, events, and individual stays.
  • Performance Analytics : Utilize comprehensive sales data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, forecast future demand, and make data-driven decisions that propel our growth.
  • Work with the hotel's marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure unified strategies and exceptional guest experiences from initial contact through to departure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly enthusiastic and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in sales systems Delphi a plus!
  • Familiarity with the local market.

    Salary range : $100,000 - $125,000 / yr. + 30% bonus
