Verra Mobility's Mesa office is currently seeking a Title & Registration Account Manager.

As a T&R Account Manager you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience for our clients by anticipating and resolving challenges and / or issues in a manner that exceeds expectations. The successful candidate is energized by making clients happy and driven to create success in challenging situations through relationship building, creative problem solving, communication, and persistence. Daily tasks will include working with the Account Director and internal departments on client launches, responsible for managing client and supplier relationships, being the primary contact to the customer, and interfacing with internal departments to ensure client needs are met accurately and promptly.

What You'll Do

• Building and developing revenue streams within our existing client base.
• Formulate long-term client partnerships that deliver both financial and operational benefits for both organizations.
• Primary point of contact for all client communication and oversight; owns overall client satisfaction, proactively identifies opportunities and works with management to optimize, retain and upsell business.
• Develop a detailed client account plan that outlines both current and future service streams with clear actions aligned to the execution of the plan and growth of the client.
• Partner with client to understand current and future fleet plans and deliver weekly forecasting updates to internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for understanding and maintaining client health with respect to AR balance, account reconciliation, overdue revenue recovery and invoice accuracy.
• Effectively communicate in a fast paced, team-oriented environment; function as a liaison between client and Verra Mobility.
• Manage time and deadlines while balancing multiple priorities internally and externally.
• Oversee project campaign execution to ensure all requirements are met; measure progress and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
• Strengthen client performance by maximizing KPI's
• Become a subject matter expert on Verra Mobility's T&R services at a product level and client specific level.
• Ability to work directly with and present to SLT and ELT members.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional department heads to review, update, and manage contract terms and obligations.
