Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst

Job Description

Superlanet is seeking a Senior ClinDoc Analyst on behalf of our Southern California healthcare client. This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity, with on-site presence required one day per week.

The Senior ClinDoc Analyst will play a key role in supporting and optimizing Epic Clinical Documentation applications, ensuring workflows meet the needs of providers, nurses, and clinical teams. This position works closely with end users, operational leaders, and IT staff to deliver effective solutions that improve clinical efficiency, compliance, and patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc workflows and functionality.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide Tier II / III application support.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in upgrade planning, system enhancements, and new project implementations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
