This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven, personal injury firm where you will have a direct impact on the lives of clients and the growth of the practice. As an Associate Attorney in our hybrid pre-litigation and litigation role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full case cycle, develop your litigation skills, and work closely with a seasoned trial attorney.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence in the courtroom, and a genuine passion for client advocacy. At Council & Associates, you won’t be a cog in a large machine. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team where your voice, contributions, and career growth truly matter.

Compensation :

$100,000 - 120,000 +Bonuses yearly

Responsibilities :

• Manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.
• Take ownership of cases from beginning to end, including demands, filings, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines.
