About The Position

$370 / hr | General Urology | Clinic + Call | Travel Covered | EPIC EMR

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Urologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility in Indiana . This opportunity begins with sporadic dates and is expected to evolve into a more consistent long-term schedule .

This position offers a highly competitive rate of $370 / hour , full travel and lodging reimbursement, and low patient volume — all in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Overview :

Hourly Rate : $370 / hour

Location : Mishawaka, Indiana

Setting : Hospital-based clinic + night call

Clinic Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (daily)

Call Coverage : 5 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (night call)

Weekend Requirements : TBD based on schedule

Patient Volume : 2–5 patients per day

Age Group : Adults only

Procedures : General Urology required

EMR System : EPIC

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required

Active Indiana Medical License – Required

ACLS Certification – Required

Robotics Trained – Highly Preferred

$25K Conversion Rate – Required
