Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a QA Test Lead / Manager.
Location - Hybrid - mostly remote, but occasionally
onsite in Seattle and potential for travel to other local sites - Local candidates only
Target start date - ASAP
Duration - 1+ year
Schedule - Monday through Friday, forty (40) hours per week
Contract Pay Rate Range - $60-70 / hr W-2 + full benefits
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based
on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications and level of benefits selected etc.

Project Description and
Background
CLIENT is currently executing a
Dispatch System Replacement (DISPR) project
which will require extensive quality assurance testing of a cloud hosted
system. CLIENT is responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and for validating
the functional, non-functional, integration, performance and security testing
to be performed by the system vendor. CLIENT is seeking an Expert IT Quality
Assurance Testing Lead / Manager to oversee all testing activities
performed by the project team.

Knowledge and / or Skills
Mandatory :
Lead or a Testing Manager of an enterprise, large-scale, software application
categorized as Software as a Service or Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS)
solutions
team of 3 or more members
Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC)
various assurance assessment methods (such as validation of security
requirements, risk analysis, threat analysis, vulnerability assessments and
scans, and assurance evidence)
executing multiple phases of testing, including system, regression and user
acceptance testing.
the Project Manager, project team and stakeholders to define the scope, test
objectives, test policies, strategies, and plans within the context of each
release or delivery.
specify the required or desired level of assurance for a specific software
application, set of applications, or software-reliant system
on different levels and timing of anticipated engagement and coordination with
