About This Position
We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and innovative Administrative Consultant, who will support the Operations Advisors and Operations Team in the areas of human resources, knowledge, budget, procurement, and general services administration. You will work with Country Department Central America, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, and Dominican Republic. Under this contract, you will report to the Resource Planning and Administration Sr. Specialist and work in collaboration with other members of the corporate team.
What You'll Do
Human Resources, Knowledge, and Recognition
Office Administration
Administration of the institutional mailbox, including follow-up on requests and coordination of responses.
Event Coordination
Coordinate the logistics arrangements of meetings, workshops, forums, special events, and any other events, including agendas, participant lists, invitation calls, reminders, room setup, budget, as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Social Sciences or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. Experience : At least 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, procurement, and office administration. Languages : Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
