Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad, a national law firm with offices in Florida, Boston, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is currently seeking a Scheduler to support our Construction Defect Practice Group. This position offers flexibility of remote work and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

The successful candidate will be trained to assist with :

• Maintain attorney calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and court hearings, recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings, and filing requirements
• Draft letters and documents
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

The rate of pay for this position ranges between $17 to $19 per hour, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive compensation. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
