Job Description

Salary Range : $58K - $69K

Location : Miami or Ft. Lauderdale office

Position : REVIT DESIGNER

POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a Part-Time Revit Designer to support our architectural and structural engineering projects, including exciting ongoing airport development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM), with a particular focus on structural design and detailing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Provides Revit design and modeling support during the planning, design and construction of engineering projects.
Develops, modifies, and / or reviews model and drawing according to established standards.

Translates mark-ups into updates to model & drawings.

Review drawings.

Correctly labels final working drawings.

Updates contract documents /

Reviews all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting it to Project Manager for review.

Satisfies client QC requirements for all BIM / CADD submittals.

Helps maintain BIM / CADD Standard Operating Procedures document.

EXPERIENCE :

Proficiency in Revit, typically one to three years of design experience.

EDUCATION :

Degree in related field.
