A company is looking for a Research Scientist. Key Responsibilities Conduct and manage psychometric studies that support product development and evaluation Translate complex psychometric topics into clear, accessible formats Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers to support research execution Required Qualifications PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field 1+ years of experience conducting psychometric research Proficiency in R, SAS, or Python for large-scale data analysis Familiarity with IRT, CDM, CAT, LOFT, and other psychometric models Understanding of educational assessment design and validity studies
