This position will be onsite at our Flight Research Center in Arlington, TX however will require travel based on business needs.

Flight Operations

Bring your experience and ideas to ensure a safe and efficient Flight Operations environment. You'll assign daily tasks, manage union covered employees and schedule commitments, and supervise operations to maintain a hazard-free workplace. This role involves working closely with our flight operations team to achieve goals in Safety, Quality, Schedules, and Costs. You'll be able to hone your leadership and communication skills, all while gaining experience in a continuous improvement environment.

What you'll be doing as a Flight Operations Supervisor .

  • Provides daily work assignments for all Flight Operations Union covered employees
  • Responsible for meeting daily customer and schedule commitments for the Flight Operations environment
  • Supervise and monitor the Flight Operations environment to ensure a safe and hazard free workplace
  • Meets all goals which support deliverables including Safety, Quality, Schedules and Costs associated with Flight Operations.

  • Successful applicant must have excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven success in leading team through a continuous improvement environment.
  • Successful applicant should be creative, entrepreneurial, and an empowering team leader.
  • What you need to be successful

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance work experience
  • A&P License required.
  • Ability to travel based on business need
