About the Job

Driver will pick up empty trailer in Suwanee, GA. Meet relay driver in Toast, NC. Swap out loaded trailer @ approx. 1AM in Toast to get back to Suwanee for 8AM. Drop & Hook empty trailer & repeat. If there are loads in Piedmont, SC you would go from Suwanee with empty to Piedmont, SC drop & hook & then up to Toast to relay out again. 625 miles per day. Deliver to Suwanee Friday 8AM & be back to Toast with full hours to run Tuesday 1AM.

Home Time

  • 3 - 4 expected days out
  • Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked

    • Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.

  • Covers some or all travel expenses

    • Hiring Requirements

  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
  • 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
