Data Production Support Leader

Responsibilities :

• Lead a diverse team of IT professionals focused on future-proof IT skills and a strong business service mindset.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for various supported systems.
• Collaborate with platform teams for software / platform updates.
• Work closely with development teams to facilitate support transitions during active development cycles.
• Manage small enhancements and fixes while overseeing a backlog along with key business product owners.
• Implement and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring clear reporting on service level agreements (SLAs) and managing dashboards.
• Oversee the resolution of production incidents, ensuring timely solutions and minimal business disruption.
• Implement changes related to incidents and enhancements thoroughly, ensuring they meet testing protocols.
• Manage run-level status reporting, including financials and capacity management, acting on behalf of leadership.
• Develop and manage business and partner / vendor relationships effectively.
• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for IT Data Production support aligning with organizational goals.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, collaborating with IT Architecture teams to adopt tools that enhance support capabilities.
