Probate Attorney

Kreig LLC, is seeking experienced attorneys for our locations in Texas. If you are a dynamic individual that thrives from taking initiative and is eager to contribute to the growth of the firm, this is a great opportunity. Candidates will ideally be enthusiastic about regularly traveling to court or anywhere in Texas, as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity open to a newly admitted attorney, a solo practitioner seeking a change, or even an experienced attorney looking to expand their legal expertise into a new field.

• Qualifications
• 2-4 years of probate experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in independent and dependent administrations, general litigation and discovery, and alternative procedures to probate
• Ability to handle a busy workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
