Job Summary

To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.
• Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.
• Issues manifest correctors and / or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.
• Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features.
• Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
• Runs prechecks : ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails.
• Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.
• Performs other duties as requested.
