About this role
You’ll ensure customers achieve outcomes , increasing adoption, retention, and expansion in partnership with Sales and Product.
What you’ll do
- Onboarding, adoption plans, health scores, and executive QBRs.
- Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales for upsell.
- Voice of Customer to Product; playbooks and training content.
- Churn / risk mitigation, renewals coordination.
