Customer Success Manager (Talent Pool)

About this role

You’ll ensure customers achieve outcomes , increasing adoption, retention, and expansion in partnership with Sales and Product.

What you’ll do

  • Onboarding, adoption plans, health scores, and executive QBRs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales for upsell.
  • Voice of Customer to Product; playbooks and training content.
  • Churn / risk mitigation, renewals coordination.

What you bring

  • 3–7 years in CSM / Account Management (SaaS / Services).
  • Data-driven dashboards (health, usage) and exec storytelling.
  • English B2+ mandatory.

    • Nice to have

  • Change management and multi-stakeholder enablement.

    • Location

    Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid.
