As a Senior Associate of International Tax Services, you will work closely with Managers and Directors to provide comprehensive tax solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in international tax compliance and planning, including cross-border structuring, inbound / outbound taxation, foreign tax credit analysis, global reporting requirements, and business tax strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations with international operations.
• Assist with U.S. international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1116 / 1118, and 8992 (GILTI).
• Conduct research on international tax issues, including U.S. tax treaties, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEPS, and foreign tax credit planning.
• Support global tax planning initiatives, such as cross-border structuring, entity classification, repatriation strategies, and transfer pricing considerations.
• Reconcile and review tax expense and liability accounts, including international provisions under ASC 740.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering practical solutions to complex international tax matters.
• Mentor and train junior staff members on international tax compliance and technical topics.
• Stay updated on changes in international tax law and regulations, including OECD initiatives and U.S. legislative updates.
• Participate in professional development sessions to enhance international tax technical skills and knowledge.
