Pay : $12 per hour

Schedule : Our operations run 24 / 7, so flexibility is essential. Monthly shift bids are performance-based.

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up to ensure the resolution of any customer issues
• Proficiency in email platforms (Outlook) and customer support software
• Understanding of gaming platforms, including consoles, PCs, and mobile devices
• Familiarity with common gaming issues and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication skills
